We collect information in the following areas:
Call for Entries – we use the information to collect entries into the DMACS Awards. We share this information with judges, partners (DoubleClick) and event producers and production entities (134 West) involved in producing the DMACS Awards.
Mailing List – The email address you provide for our mailing list may be used to send you information, updates and periodic DMACS Awards news, updates and related information. We share this mailing list with our sponsors, producers and partners (DoubleClick, 134 West). Please refer to their individual privacy policy on how they use your information.

RSVP – We collect RSVP information to make sure we have room and services at our live event.
Log Files
Like many other Web sites, DMACSAwards.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Cookies and Web Beacons
DMACS Awards does not use cookies to store information unless you are an administrator or judge. Cookies do not affect users of the site. Cookies are set only with login. We use cookies to keep track of judging and administration system. The information provided is protected and used for the purposes of DMACS Awards submissions and judging. We archive submission information from previous years off-line.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do share your information with trusted partners (DoubleClick, 134 West) and third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
